He firmly believes in offering efficient and reliable service and has not hesitatied to instil these qualities in his work force. For him, customer satisfaction has always been paramount in his operation.
By involving his children in the business of the Company from their teenaged years, and by instilling in them a connection to Barbados even while they were studying overseas, Everson Elcock ensured that Everson R. Elcock & Co. Ltd. would remain a family business.

Described as a pillar of strength and an inspiration to many, Patricia Boyce, Director of Administration and a Company Director, is one of the key figures at Everson R. Elcock & Co. Ltd. For 29 years, she has been making an invaluable contribution to the companys operations.
Her career with Everson R. Elcock began as a typist and accounts clerk. Her quiet professionalism was soon recognised and she was promoted up the corporate ladder from Executive Secretary, to Corporate Secretary, to Administrative Manageress, the post she held for 14 years until her appointment as General Manger in 1994.
The industrious worker said she believes her growth in the company may be attributed to her willingness to complete any tasks to which she is assigned and she admitted that she likes to get things done. Therefore it is not surprising that she has been instrumental in the establishment of Exclusive Lighting in 1994 and more recently the acquisition of the new corporate headquarters at Manor Lodge.

Antonio E. Elcock |

Director and Senior Projects Manager, Antonio Elcock, grew up in his fathers company. From 1984, he spent his school vacations working in various departments. His first appointment was that of Storeroom Assistant. He also worked as a draughtsman in the Company during his holidays, while a student at the University of South Florida, where he gained his BSc. in Electrical Engineering.
He returned to the family business in 1990 as a Supervisor Engineer. Then in 1992, he went off to the cold climes of Scotland to undertake studies in the MSc. in Building Services Engineering at Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh. A year later, studies successfully completed, he returned to Everson R. Elcock & Co. Ltd. as a Project Manager. He noted: In the next five years, our focus will be to re-organise the way we do business in order to meet the changing marketplace and by adding more product services as well as re-tooling our technical and administrative approach. Training is very high on our agenda and on the technical side, well be looking at offering a more in-depth professional management structure.

Adrian M. Elcock |

Director of Finance, Marketing & Development, Adrian Elcock, spent many summer vacations working in various departments of this fathers business. After deciding to pursue a degree in Accounting at University, it was felt that gaining practical experience would be a valuable asset to the business. After graduation, he worked with Arthur Anderson LLP, one of the worlds largest professional services firms.
This experience exposed him to the world of business and prepared him to accept the challenge of developing the retail aspect of the business when he returned to Barbados in 1995. This aspect of the business is now all under the umbrella of Exclusive Lighting & Electrical Supplies Ltd. He is responsible for all of the marketing activities of the companies in the Elcock group, and new business developments. This development aspect is an important focus of the company as it tries to continuously create opportunities for it to grow, and to hedge against the risks that it is exposed to in the Construction industry.He sees the continued success of the company rooted in the ability to continuously recruit good people who are equipped to help the company grow into new business areas. He believes that there are numerous strategic synergies that can be forged with companies both locally and regionally which can augur well for the future growth of the Company and that will benefit society as a whole.

Mr. Melvin Toppin |

Since January 1964, Melvin Topping has worked with Everson R. Elcock & Co. Ltd. He is currently a Company Director and Project Supervisor. He is therefore involved in making estimates for projects and ensuring that the work is progressing smoothly and will meet the required deadlines. His duties also require that completed projects meet the high standards of workmanship for which Everson R. Elcock & Co. Ltd. is known.
He is happy to have been part of the team that built the firm and said, on the occasion of the 40th anniversity: Its good to see a company start from humble beginnings and progress this far. I hope it will continue for another 40 years and more!

The wife of Everson Elcock has been a Director from 1973 when the company was first incorporated. She has played an active role in charting the course and future of the organization over the years, while preparing her children for an active future in the business.

Ms. Ordene Elcock |
| Non-Executive Director |
A teacher by profession, Ordene is the sister of the Chairman. She is a long serving director of the company and she has lent her academic expertise to the companys board, in its quest for excellence. She is an active member of numerous organizations and in her recent retirement from the teaching service, she has recommitted herself to continue her assistance towards the future growth of the company.
